This years Valentine's collection is a combination of delectable ganache filled bonbons, soft chewy caramel, and our own bean to bar chocolate, that we lovingly forge from roasting the cacao beans, cracking the nibs, coaxing the cacao through the steps to finished bar.

A true labor of love.


The assortment commences with four carefully composed confections

Pink peppercorn, macadamia nut, & cranberry soft caramel, with tangelo-star anise dark chocolate ganache

Cherry brandy dark chocolate butter ganache with creme fraiche milk chocolate ganache

Almond-sesame seed dark chocolate crunch, creamy cinnamon, ginger, rum caramel, chewy coconut

Port, black mission fig, and honey butter ganache, with pecan toffee dark chocolate crunch

The assortment concludes with a trio of bean to bar chocolate 

65% Cacao, Tanzania origin, direct trade Kokoa Kamili Cooperative

70% Cacao, Honduras Wampusirpi origin, direct trade, with Tahitian vanillla bean and garnished with sea salt brined organic almonds

80% Cacao, Trinidad and Tobago origin, with wood fire roasted coffee beans

Our traditional chocolate bars are always available. Caramel filled or solid chocolate, either way, you cannot go wrong. All bars are created using 73.5% cacao, Venezuela origin, single origin, fair trade. Stay tuned as we will be updating some flavors in the coming weeks!
